FAQ

10 questions, straight answers

Answers to the questions we hear most about process, timing, pricing and technical details.

How long does a website project take?
It depends on scope: a single landing page usually takes 1–2 weeks, a corporate website 3–6 weeks and an e-commerce build 6–10 weeks. You get a clear timeline after our first call.
How do you price projects?
We don’t sell one-size packages. We prepare a project-based quote depending on pages, languages, integrations, content and motion needs. The quote form is the quickest way to start.
Can I update the website myself later?
Yes. We build on WordPress so you can change texts and images directly on the page with one click. We also give you a short training session at handover.
Is SEO included?
Technical SEO foundations — speed, schema markup, heading structure, meta data, sitemaps — are standard in every project. Keyword strategy and content production can be planned as an additional service.
What are AIO / GEO and why do they matter?
People now search not only on Google but also in AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. AIO/GEO means shaping your content and technical structure so your brand appears accurately and credibly in their answers.
Do you work with international brands?
Yes. For the past 8 years we’ve worked remotely with brands in the USA, UK, Germany, Japan, the UAE, Costa Rica and Sweden. We run every meeting in English when needed.
Do you help with domains and hosting?
Yes. We recommend the right hosting and take care of domain settings, SSL and business email setup.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
You get free support for the first period after launch. After that we offer monthly care plans covering updates, backups, security and performance monitoring.
Do you create the content (copy, photos)?
If you’d like, yes. We can include on-brand copywriting, bilingual content and visual production in the project.
How do we get started?
Fill in the quote form or message us on WhatsApp. We schedule a free 30-minute discovery call, then send a roadmap with scope, timeline and pricing.
